Gravimetry is the geophysical method for the measurement and analysis of a gravitational field. The Gravimetry is used successfully for studies of the interior structure of the Earth. Gravitation anomalies are the good source of information about the interior structure of the Earth’s upper mantle. Some aspects of the use of Gravimetry to study the structure of the upper mantle of the Earth are considered below.
